Basically, we do not provide any refund, nor do we accept any return or exchange. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility:
- to be perfectly aware of your size (and the size chart) when you select clothes
- to make sure the items in your basket are precisely the ones you intended to purchase (there is a "confirmation" step at checkout)
- to read the description and carefully look at the pictures provided for each item. All the information related to the items, including pictures and their colors, are perfectly accurate. Thus, we are not to be held responsible if the item(s) you chose is(are) not to your liking (make sure your screen settings are well balanced and allow you to see the items as they are)
- to inspect your order upon reception for possible damage or loss. We only send items brand new and in prime condition. Any problem related to the loss or the damage of an item should be therefore forwarded to the transportation company that handled your package.
However, if you receive the wrong item, please e-mail us at email@example.com and provide a picture of the item, and a copy of the order or the delivery form, so that we can assess the discrepancy. We shall then find a solution that suits you and make it right.
As for the rest, we also don't provide any refund for gift cards.
In the exceptional case listed above, we may consider a refund or a credit.
In that case, the refund (or credit) will be based upon the amount you paid, not necessarily upon the price of the item. For instance, if you order an item during a discount period, or using a discount code, you will be refunded (get a credit) of the amount you spent with the discount, not the full price of the item.
In the case of a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
